Smajo Hurko

Smajo Hurko was born in Bosnia and raised in the DMV area. Having lived in DC, Maryland and now in Northern Virginia, Smajo possesses the market knowledge to help his clients find their dream homes.

Smajo completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing his MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Smajo’s background is primarily in corporate finance. He uses his experience in finance to help individuals and families get the best price possible when selling or buying their homes.  

Smajo is an extremely dedicated agent who is detail oriented and determined to go above and beyond to exceed his client’s needs and expectations. He works with his clients with a “teacher” mentality; helping to set his client’s minds at ease and providing the tools and knowledge to make the best decisions possible. 

When Smajo is not out working with clients, he enjoys hiking and gardening.
