Natalie Ugarte

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Natalie has gained vast knowledge and admiration of the area. She will put all her insider knowledge to work for you and ensure your real estate needs are met beyond expectation!

Prior to her career in real estate, Natalie spent close to ten years working for a New York based IT consulting firm with her focus and passion being in human resources. Through this experience, she has learned communication is always key and the importance of being attentive to individual’s needs.

Natalie truly believes it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but to educate them throughout every step of the buying or selling process to ensure they are armed with viable information to make best decisions possible.

Being part of a baseball loving family, in her spare time Natalie is either at a local field cheering on her two sons or at Nationals Park cheering for the Nats!
