Jessica Penrod relocated to the Northern Virginia area for a government job after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a bachelors, masters, and PhD in Green Engineering, Environmental Policy, and Sustainability Management. Her passion for real estate began with her first home purchase as an undergraduate student in Nashville; since then, she has watched real estate serve as an imperishable asset, ever increasing in value. She loves to win (for her clients!) and always does so with a calm demeanor and huge smile on her face.
