James Richey

James was born and raised in the Washington D.C. Metro area and has many personal ties linking him to the Northern Virginia area. He was always very passionate about sports, specifically basketball, which taught him the importance of having strict discipline and a strong work ethic.

Prior to joining Homestead Realty as a full-time RealtorⓇ, James worked many service jobs and studied Economics at the University of Maryland. Due to his devotion to serving people, he is able to assist clients to achieve their real estate dreams. He decided to use his diverse background, knowledge, and people skills to ensure clients receive personal, one-on-one service throughout the entire process, keeping his clients informed every step of the way.

James remains diligent in furthering his knowledge in all aspects of real estate, molding himself into a well-rounded professional. He is very enthusiastic about working hard for each unique individual's needs. He exceeds the expectations of his clients while remaining positive throughout the entire process.

When James is not pursuing his real estate education, he loves to work out, play sports, travel to new places (especially the beach), meet new people, and, of course, support all D.C. sports teams!
