Erica Hertzog

Erica Hertzog was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She studied criminology, law and society at George Mason University and proceeded to serve as a police officer for 6+ years. Passionate about assisting people and meeting new friends, the transition into real estate has been a natural fit. Erica is thrilled to have joined Homestead Realty in the beginning of 2022. As a lifetime resident of the area, Erica is very knowledgeable about the Northern Virginia market. Her number one focus is listening to her client’s wants and needs in order to help them achieve their goals whether it be buying, selling, or investing in real estate. She prides herself in honesty and integrity and remains transparent throughout the entire process. In her free time, Erica enjoys playing the piano and loves spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and dog.
