Carla F. Alves

Carla, originally from Maryland has been a resident of Northern Virginia since 2004. Carla obtained her Bachelors Degree from Towson University, in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Carla currently owns and operates a construction company alongside her husband, but she has always shared a passion for Real Estate and Home Décor, which is what led her to obtaining her Real Estate License. Assisting clients to fulfill their home ownership dreams brings Carla such joy and satisfaction, she truly enjoys being a part of every step of the transaction.

In her spare time Carla enjoys spending time with her husband and two children Sofia & Jason, Home Decorating, Tackling Home Projects, Gardening, Entertaining, Shopping & Traveling.
